My current obsession!

I mentioned in a recent YouTube video that I'm currently obsessed with Longchamp - I'm planning on it being my "go to" bag for inclement weather this winter... Right now, I'm thinking of the lovely Bilberry color!

I also am still obsessed with Tory Burch flats this year and I'm hoping to add to my Tory Burch shoe collection with another pair of Eddie flats:

And these gorgeous purple Revas:

I'm also still obsessed with Bond No. 9 frangrances (for a year and still going strong!) - I've decided that this will be the year! I'm finally breaking down and going for a Bond fragrance during Christmas time... I'm leaning towards Scent of Peace now.

Sales, sales, sales!

Plenty of sales going on this week in anticipation of the 4th of July holiday! I just missed the $.99 flip flop event at Old Navy and Gap last Friday, and a number of other companies also have special promotions going on. Gymboree is starting a Red Balloon Sale at the beginning of the week, where fun winter favorites may be up to 70% off retail price!

My favorite sale to browse right now though is the one at Tory Burch online - for the 4th of July holiday you can save up to 30% with the code 'SUMMERTIME'. The percent off depends on the amount spent as follows:

  • Spend $250, Get 20% off
  • Spend $500, Get 25% off
  • Spend $750, Get 30% off
The Tory Burch holiday sales are actually great deals, and although they discount does not work on Revas - you can use it with sale items. I don't know that I'll be shopping from this Tory Burch sale considering I have a rather large, *ahem*, purchase planned... (More details on that hopefully later this week!) However, I think it is a great time to grab those items you've been thinking about, but otherwise may have not purchased without that bit of a % off!

Here's the top items from my wishlist if I were to take part in the Tory Burch sale!

Tory Burch Saffiano Wrap Bracelet, www.toryburch.com, $95

Tory Burch Amanda Demi Wedge, www.toryburch.com, $192.50 on sale

Happy shopping this week! Here's a list of some great 4th of July sales going on:
  • Banana Republic, Save 40% on already reduced items with coupon code 'BRSTARS'
  • Gap, Red Bright, & Blue Sale - up to 40% off select items through July 4th
  • Gymboree, Red Balloon Sale in-stores & online, starting Tuesday/Wednesday depending on location - winter clothing up to 70% off!
  • Macy's, 15% off + Free shipping on orders of $99 or more with code 'FOURTH"
  • Old Navy, Summer Refresh Sale - Stock-up pricing, Through July 10th
  • Tory Burch, 20%-30% off with coupon code 'SUMMERTIME'

Purses I've been eyeing recently...

There have been a few purses that have caught my eye recently, and surprisingly - they are not Louis Vuitton handbags, and all by brands that I've never had a purse from before, or haven't used in a long time!

Kate Spade has a number of bags out right now that have me going back to her website to take a second look. I first saw them in person at Nordstrom and again later at the Kate Spade store in Somerset Collection during our Michigan trip. I carried a nylon Kate Spade bag a number of years ago, but hadn't really paid attention to anything by the brand for years... However I cannot get this bag out of my mind!

Kate Spade Gold Coast Georgina, www.nordstrom.com, $458

The leather is a gorgeous, shimmery black and there is also a great beige color! I think these would be great basics to have in a wardrobe.

Kate Spade Gold Coast Maryanne, www.katespade.com, $378

And honestly, after being so used to seeing Louis Vuitton prices, Kate Spade pricing seems... well, reasonable!

The next bag that I've had on my mind is by Tory Burch, and I've also mentioned it in previous blog posts. Come Fall, if I still can't get it out of my mind - this may be my new Fall bag...

Tory Burch Robinson Satchel, www.toryburch.com, $550

Another bag that caught my eye while browsing the Saks and Tory Burch websites is also by Tory Burch, and was previously off my radar. I love the bright colors and a pink-turquoise color combination is one of my favorites. I wouldn't mind welcoming one of these bags into my collection for warmer months, but feel like I really need to go check out the bag in person to get a sense of the size of both of them.

Roslyn Stripe Tote, www.toryburch.com, $395

Roslyn Stripe Satchel, www.nordstrom.com, $395

I think that any of the bags I'm liking right now would give my collection some great variety... and I find it interesting that I seem to leaning towards all leather bags again!

*~My 8 Most Worn Things~* Follow-up Blog!

Following up from my blog post last March, HERE... It is time to see how my 8 Most Worn things have (or haven't!) changed!

(I mean seriously... does You Tube purposely pick the worst thumbnails ever?)

Here are my current most worn products:

1. Most Worn Hair Product - I still really love the Matrix Essentials Vital Control Hair Spray that I featured in 2011, but it has been discontinued... so I'm out of luck after I finish off the can that I'm currently using. I've found a new love in Alterna products and use the Alterna Bamboo Shine Mist everyday and also use a leave-in creme every day as well... right now I'm using and really liking the L'Oreal Paris Everstyle Smooth & Shine Creme.

2. Most Worn Lip Product - Another one that I'm still liking... Too Faced Lip of Luxury Lipstick in Free Love & Too Faced Glamour Gloss in Peek-a-Boo, they are still staples in my makeup bag that I carry in my purse AND in my vanity! I like them that much! I've also found a new favorite, NARS Crusing... and between these three lip products - I am typically wearing on of these a lot of the time and they are my most worn.

3. Most Worn Earrings - I finally ponied up and got a few pairs of nice earrings for every day wear... one of my most worn being the Tiffany & Co Somerset Knot earrings. (Kind of a nicer version of the Forever 21 pair that I feature in 2011!) I also wear a CZ pair from Target a lot too.

4. Most Worn Shirt - My most worn shirt is actually a "type" of shirt... those flowy cardigans that are in style (they're still in style, right??) and ever so practical if you'd like to, *ahem*, mask a few things. I have a few that are favorites from H&M and Gap.

5. Most Worn Nail Polish- My most worn polish now is Zoya Reece... it is an extremely fun and happy pink, that I love wearing in all seasons!

6. Most Worn Shoes - I'm loving my Tory Burch Silver/Black Leather Revas right now and they are my most worn shoes! The Revas are a comfortable flat for me and I really love the medallion on the toe area to just give it a little bit of extra character.

7. Most Worn Perfume - Marc Jacobs, Oh, Lola! - It is a great scent that has light scent and is practical to wear in most situations.

8. Most Worn Bag - The Louis Vuitton Tivoli GM, is a great little bag! (Well, not so little... more large-medium sized!) It is fun to use, comfortable on the shoulder and the pleating gives it a lot of style! One of my favorite bags by Louis Vuitton right now!

Tory Burch Spring 2012 Must Haves!

It's no secret that I've been obsessed with Tory Burch lately, especially her popular Revas...

I would love to add a few fun Tory Burch accessories into my mix for Spring though, and I've pretty much been able to find something in every category on her website that I am wanting right now! Sunglasses are the next thing that I *need* to get, and these over-sized square sunglasses are my number one pick.

Tory Burch Over-sized Enamel Sunglasses, www.toryburch.com, $149

All of the shoes on my shopping wishlist right now are Tory Burch, but I think that these Love Pink Miller sandals just scream Summer. (And they scream 'buy me' as well!)

Tory Burch Miller Sandal in Love Pink, www.toryburch.com, $195

Tory Burch jewelry is exceptionally cute as well... I'm mainly a silver-toned gal, but I really like a number of the things that she has on her website even in gold tone! My top two jewelry picks are both silver-toned though...

Tory Burch Logo Earring, www.toryburch.com, $68

Tory Burch Mini Clover Necklace, www.toryburch.com, $98

And of course what would a seasonal wishlist be without at least one bag? (Or two?) I know it's not very bright... but I love this Robinson Satchel by Tory Burch - this would be an all seasons kind of bag for me.

Tory Burch Robinson Satchel, www.toryburch.com, $550

And on days when only a brighter color will do - I love this Amanda Hobo for a pop of Spring color!

Tory Burch Amanda Hobo, www.toryburch.com, $465
Now all I need is the lottery fairy to visit me... so I can get them all at one time!! Happy Spring!

New Shoes! Tory Burch Tumbled Leather Revas in Peacock Blue

I love, love, LOVE these shoes... they are fantastic! A turquoise-toned blue is one of my favorite colors and these shoes did not disappoint my love of blue! I cannot wait until the weather gets better and I can wear these things!

I'm also going through a bit of a Tory Burch obsession phase right now... so I'm also wanting the Miller sandals in Love Pink, another pair of flip-flops, and the Revas in the Royal Tan tumbled leather for Spring. Can we say obsessed much??

(So obsessed in fact, that I did a video about these shoes!! Love!!)
